I’m a mother of 12, a mimi to many, and a Jesus-loving woman who believes health should support your life — not consume it.
When I turned 48, I set a goal for myself to be in the best shape of my life by my 50th birthday. I was a tired of being on the cycle of losing and gaining the same 5 pounds, depriving myself then binging, on and off exercising with no real plan and not seeing sustainable results despite my efforts.
As I was growing through my health journey, my desire to help others (which began years before) couldn’t be concealed, especially after I felt lead to go back to school and become certified as a personal trainer and nutrition coach.
I learned so much that made my journey so simple, not easy but simple. Nutrition and exercise are not as complex as I had thought.
My passion is to simplify fitness and nutrition for the everyday woman by focusing on realistic habits, strength, and balance.
